Gahwa

Arabic coffee, known as Gahwa in the Emirati dialect, has been a central part of Arab culture for centuries, its preparation and serving a cherished custom steeped in cultural significance. Our aromatic praline, infused with our unique gahwa essence, celebrates UAE tradition and the timelessness of Emirati hospitality and generosity.

Rose Cream

The queen of flowers, the rose holds a special place in UAE tradition as an integral part of our rich heritage in fragrance and food. Our rose cream praline is a celebration of legacy and nature, intertwining the rich, velvety smoothness of chocolate with the enchanting flavour of highly prized rose essence.

Pistachio Cream

Antep pistachios pay homage to the UAE’s rich culinary heritage of incorporating nuts, particularly pistachios from the Gaziantep region, in traditional sweets and savoury dishes. Our pistachio cream praline is a perfect fusion of the creamy, nutty taste of these prized nuts and our unique cacao blend, a reminder of the Emirati custom of serving nuts and sweets during gatherings and special occasions.

Lavender

Cherished for over 2,500 years, lavender has a rich history in the Middle East, from ancient Egyptian perfumery to its role in the trade routes of the Ottoman Empire. Our lavender praline celebrates this timeless essence and serves as a reminder of a local herb of the lavender variety used in Emirati perfumes and called Khozaama, Arabic for lavender. It is found in the deserts of the northern emirates after heavy rainfall.

Honeycomb

Arabs have known for centuries that arid lands are not lifeless. Desert landscapes host a surprising richness in flora and biodiversity, ideal for producing various types of honey, distinctly varied in their colour and taste, benefits and aroma. Our honeycomb chocolate celebrates the UAE’s sustainable beekeeping practices, with each bite a harmonious blend of dark cacao and golden-honeyed crunch.

Cardamom

This spice with its multicultural history has an intense yet sweet taste. It is a cornerstone of Bezar, a spice-mix used in Emirati dishes, and an essential part of Arabic coffee where it adds a refreshing aroma. Here, the intensity of dark chocolate is combined with aromatic green cardamom to create a praline that celebrates heritage flavours of the region.

Hazelnut Praline

Its location across the spice and silk routes have made the UAE an essential stop for foreign trade since the fifth century. It is thought that hazelnuts were first introduced into the region via Turkey. Our toasted hazelnut praline is a richly flavoured tribute to the Emirati custom of serving nuts and sweets during gatherings and special occasions.

Dark Chocolate Milk Cream with Orange & Pecan

Orange blossom water is a key ingredient in many Middle Eastern dishes, imparting a delicate floral flavour and fragrance to both sweet and savoury dishes. Here we combine cocoa, cream, orange essence, and pecans – though less traditional, they offer a rich taste that has found its way into modern Middle Eastern cuisine. This unique praline celebrates the region’s diverse and vibrant ingredients and flavours.
